[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve found that during the colder seasons by hands become very dry and sometimes cracked. This hand cream has really helped to reduce and prevent this from happening. The cream is super rich and leaves your skin feeling soothed and hydrated. I find that you only need a small amount to cover your entire hands and it lasts for a good few hours. The smell is fresh, pleasant and not too strong.

Wow what amazing hand cream, just a Little is needed to give immediate relief to dry hands. The cream is not too greasy, it rubs in well and so far has not left any greasy marks on anything after I’ve used it.
My hands look so much healthier and the skin plumper and more youthful.
I’d definitely recommend this, it’s on my shopping list.

Due to my profession I wash my hands multiple times a day and find that this leaves them very dry and at time callous. This product has worked great at not only giving them moisture and elasticity at the time of application but also for the moisture lasting. It’s the first product I have used that I agree it lasts for 24hrs as stated.
My only complaint or issue regarding the product would be the fact that it is an emollient rather than a cream which I prefer, however in the products defence I haven’t been able to find a cream with such long lasting results. I will definitely be continuing the use of this product and would highly recommend, especially to those with extremely dry hands.

The only thing I wasn't keen on was that it left my hands slightly sticky. My hands aren't dry or damaged so I wonder if that was the problem.
It worked beautifully on my partners dry chapped hands and you have to use so little that it lasts for ages!

Me repara las manos, las suaviza y por la mañana estan como nuevas. Desde que han sacado el nuevo formato de envase: "HAND CREAM", la crema no es la misma...Simplemente, por la mañana, después de actuar la crema durante toda la noche, es como si no me la hubiese puesto. Ahora necesito gastar el triple de envases de Neutrogena. Y igualmente, no es lo mismo...

I have really bad cracked dry knucle skin and this really help not cracked and dry like before i started using this now alot softer and not so dry. And a plesent smell just right will keep using this every day hopefully will get rid of all my dry skin.

I suffer with very dry skin on my hands and am also open to new creams to try. The skin on my hands felt norished and soft immediately and after using for a week my hands are differently less dry. I plan to purchase a full size version to continue using. Would recommend you give this a try

When first applied feels a bit greasy compared with other Neutrogena Hand Cream that I am using, but it is absorbing in a few minutes and my hands are definitely smoother.
I actually keep this on my bedside table and I am using morning and evening.
Inwould happily purchase this when I run out.

Es una crema pesada y espesa casi como pomada pero se absorbe tan rápidamente que no te lo esperas con un sutil perfume que nunca te cansa . Es súper hidratante y me ha mejorado las cutículas muchísimo. Por mi trabajo tengo las manos resecas ya que me las lavo continuamente y ya sabéis cómo perjudican los jabones a la piel, pero he notado las mejoras desde la primera aplicación. You only need a small amount. Even after washing my hands they still feel soft and protected. It has a nice light scent but I would prefer fragrance-free. The only thing I do not like about this hand cream is the packaging because of the screw top lid, a flip top would be much better.

This cream is super hydrating but doesn’t leave a greasy film on my hands.
It’s the BEST! I’ve already bought 2-3 tubes, for my handbag, by my bedside and in my studio.

I'm surprised how little I need and it doesn't feel greasy but really has helped protect my hands and make them feel less dry. It says unscented and I am sensitive to perfume so I was interested to see what it smelt like but it does not have any strong smell and hasn't irritated me at all. Very happy, would buy again and recommend.

Instantly hydrates and smoothes skin and it lasts all day. I also used a Liberal amount before going to bed and my hands were beautifully soft and smooth the next day.
I have mature, quite dry skin on my hands and most hand creams just last an hour or two before needing re application; not this one.

Definitely a winter must have.

I will give this 5* as being a dog Walker and supermarket assistant my hands get very sore especially in the winter months .
Rubs in well and has a nice fragrance.
Did not find it sticky as some glycerin hand creams can be.
Will happily buy again

Cuando llega el invierno la piel de las manos se me abre a la altura de los nudillos saliendo hasta sangre. Veo en los anuncios publicitarios como esta crema regenera a los pescadores en el hielo. A mi no me ha servido para nada, no ha tenido ningun efecto positivo en mis nudillos. Seguramente a otras personas les va perfecta.

I have sensitive skin and I can often be prone to very dry skin, especially on my hands during the winter months. This moisturiser works very quickly to relief dry tight feeling hands and leaves them feeling alot softer over time too! You might think you aren't using enough at first but trust me, a little goes a long way! Would definitely recommend!

I personally didn’t like the consistency as was a gel rather than a cream.
I did not feel that this gave me instant relief. My hands are very dry and cracked and this cream did not help.

It has healed my dry patches in just a few days. It has a light formula that absorbs quickly. The scent is not overpowering. My hands still feel soft even after many hours and washes. I would highly recommend during cold weather also when skiing for example, and for people with sensitive skin.

The bottle size was ideal for traveling and I like that it was short and dumpy rather than long and thin as it stands better on the bedside table.
I was surprised to find that the product was a jelly rather than a hand cream and was concerned that is might be a bit greasy on the skin. The first time I used it I had not appreciated that it was a concentrate and used too much, I found that a little went a long way. I did indeed find it greasy so found that it was best used before bed rather than in the morning as I left finger prints on everything. I did not find any strong scent from the product so it was ideal for before bed. I would use this product but only as a night-time hand lotion as it left my hand feeling well nourished.

It sinks straight in and doesn't leave a oily residue like some do. You can feel that your hands have a protective layer on, but it doesn't feel like it will wipe off on your clothes. I found I didn't need to apply as much times as normal during the day with this either. My hands feel really soft. Love it.

It is developed with dermatologists so you know you’re in safe hands. It contains glycerin and Vit E to soothe and repair hands. A little goes a long way. This is a winter must have as it provides the much needed protection and tlc they need. Keeps the hands moisturised for hours.

Especially after months of using hand sanitiser and the colder weather! I was amazed at how just how little I needed and what a difference that little drop made to my skin!
