It has very practical pump that allows control how much product you would like to use.
The smell is very pleasant.
And what is the most important think it is very gentle for your skin and eyes! No need to cry when removing your makeup (it did happened to me).
Moisture your skin. And I mean it does moisture your skin. No more pulling sensation after clearing your face! So honesty you don't really need to put any moisture cream afterwards.
And in the morning another surprise. You face not only feel fresh but there is no panda eyes!
From all those reasons Neutrogena Hydro Boost Geleé Milk Cleanser was granted a permanent place on my shelf in my bathroom.

I wear black liquid eyeliner and black waterproof mascara every day and this removes them both easily. I pump some cleanser onto 2 cotton wool pads and place them over my eyes for 30-40 seconds, sweep the pads across each eye, turn the pad over and repeat; make up is gone. There is no need to scrub or pull at my skin. The cleanser is cooling and soothing and doesn't irritate my skin. I use it to remove my foundation too and it leaves my skin soft and refreshed. My skin is prone to being sensitive, but I have no problems using this Hydro Boost cleanser. It lasts a long time as you don't need to use much at a time. The pump action bottle is really useful. I love the colour of the gel, it looks so nice on the shelf.

How wrong was I!!. I had been trialling new long stay make up that promised to never come off!!. I had previously tried different make up removers but never felt it got it all off. Having tried this I was amazed that a little of it went a very long well. It took all my make up with little effort and felt my skin really clean and refreshed. I liked the smell as it was subtle. I love this product and although it's slightly more expensive than I would normally be happy paying I think it's worth the money. I've also shared this with a friend who suffers badly with bad skin and they found it had a positive result clearing up their acne and freshening up their skin.

It is really, really light with a pleasing fragrance. The consistency is just right and the dispenser was easy to use. You only need a small amount, if I used too much I found it harder to use but a small amount cleaned my face perfectly. It does exactly what it claims to, removes all make up and cleanses your face leaving it feeling fresh and clean. A great product.

I have very sensitive skin and was slightly concerned that I'd react to it....but no!
It removes make up extremely well and doesn't leave your skin feeling like you've just applied a ton of cleanser. 1 or 2 pumps is more than enough.
I would highly recommend this to anyone.

The cleanser didn't disappoint, although it was quite thick, it was easy to apply and felt really light once on my skin. The cleanser did a fab job of removing the most stubborn of foundations (and I've had to really pile on the makeup lately!) without drying out my skin. I've noticed a visible improvement in the overall condition of my skin and it feels a lot softer after cleansing than it had previously. Would definitely purchase this product and recommend to friends. It's smells lovely too which is a bonus!

It has a lovely scent and my skin feels clean, refreshed and moisturised. My skin definitely felt softer and looks noticeably clearer after using, even after just five days. Also, its awesome for removing make-up, even mascara!
The easy to use pump sets it apart from the more traditional fiddly tubes with a lid, a real time saver. I would highly recommend this product!

It has a nice clean scent but has a slight chemical smell to it and it is a smooth texture. It left my skin feeling nice soft and smooth but I would not say clean . I felt like I applied a skin moisturiser on so I can not imagine how it will work with make up. But I am not going to give up just yet and try it out a bit more.

I found that it wiped off make up with ease leaving your skin feeling soft and fresh, without the need for additional moisturiser. It left my skin feeling clean and revitalised . It has a lovely slightly scented smell but very subtle. The pump dispenser ensures you only use the amount required. I would definitely buy this product.

It’s cooling and refreshing to use, I massage two pumps over my face and neck with my fingers and remove any excess by using damp cotton wool pads. I then rinse with tepid water to remove any potential residue. My skin is soft clean and doesn’t feel tight. The pump makes sure you don’t use any more than you need and the price is a fraction of what I have paid historically for other cleansers. Love it !

I then use a final pump to do all my face. It leaves my skin feeling instantly refreshed and clean. I've been using this for a week now and can definitely feel the difference in my skin, it feels smoother and softer.
I'm definitely a convert

However I've been using neutrogena hydro gele milk cleanser now for two weeks and I love it! It is kind and gentle to my skin with a slight scent and with it's no rinse formula it's applies easily leaving my skin feeling silky smooth, clean and fresh. I definitely recommend this product.

The cleanser smells amazing and wipes away all make up and grime so easy. Skin is left feeling soft and smooth and doesn't leave any residue afterwards. Not a trace of make up was left on my face, including my mascara which is notorious for trying to remove. My skin felt amazing. So clean, fresh and moisturised. A little goes a very long was so this bottle would last for ages. I have definitely been converted.

I was about unsure at first when it says it can remove makeup even waterproof mascara. I have used this product everyday since I received it and it has left my face feeling amazing. All make up is removed with a small amount needed. No extra wipes needed. My face has felt so smooth and soft. Very impressed. Will keep buying in the future.

I have very sensitive skin and often end up with a stinging under my eyes when using new products, however, I haven't had any reaction to this and really like the results. As it has gel mixed with cleansing milk it seems to sit better on the cotton wool and applies to the skin almost like a toner. The smell is crisp, zingy and refreshing, as is the feel on the skin. Rated 4 de 5 por naiomi123 de Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel milk cleanser [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really gentle cleanser for sensitive skin as an added bonus it also firms up the skin and leaves it moisturised, I tried leaving it on after wiping off but the residue left my skin slightly dry so I opted instead to place in the shower and let it sink into my face the wash off and its working lovely as a consequence. Even though its that gentle I can still feel it working as a powerful cleanser as acne scabs and dirt falls away, skin feels fresher and actually looks it instantly. I really appreciate the gentleness as well. Before I get this product I would want to know that it is versatile enough to use in the shower as with other cleansers and moisturises as it states on the label. I have tried it and I have loved it, what other varieties of scents do you plan on producing neutrogena, bring it on.

I used a cotton pad to apply the cleanser as suggested in the instructions, one pump of the cleanser was just enough for the whole face. It went on easily and I liked that it could be used over the whole face including the eyes, about 10 minutes after using the cleanser and carrying on with what I was doing I realised I had t applied my moisturiser and didn't feel like I needed too either. I also used it to remove make up and have to say it was very good it only took two pumps to remove a full face of makeup including the eyes. To sum up this is the best cleanser I have ever used and it doesn't dry my skin out, I will be permanently changing to it now.

As I have a 1 year old daughter and I work 3 days a week I need products which are quick, easy and preferably do more than one thing. So I was so excited about try Neutrogena Hydro Boost as it says it removes make-up and helps moisturise. Now the product really does deliver on both these claims, so why only 3 stars......unfortunately after only using this cleanser twice I had a reaction, my face developed a spotty rash. I stopped using the Hydro Boost until the rash disappeared then tried again but after two days use the rash/spots were back. I still really like what this product is about and for normal skin I can imagine it's a brilliant tool in your make-up bag but unfortunately I won't be using it again and I couldn't recommend it to people with sensitive skin.

An all you need cleanser which is perfect for removing make up this product also smells great and left my skin feeling fresh and soft. It isn't something I'd normally buy, as a cleanser is sometimes a bit of a pest to wash off with wet cotton pads, so the no rinse formula is excellent! It hasn't dried my skin out at all and I've been using it twice a day, it certainly does the 'Hydro boost' it says on the tin.
It is a lovely creamy gel texture, which goes on smoothly via a cotton pad. It has a pump action bottle, so the pump is a measured portion.
I was a little dubious it would remove my make up, but it has done beautifully, without trace and no harsh scrubbing I usually do with a face wipe. I do use moisturiser afterwards, but I feel like more moisture is locked in and this product is kind to my face and my adult acne.
I've had no adverse reactions to this cleanser and it is now top of my facial products to buy.

It is a cooling gel and removes all make up and leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed but not dry. I don't need to use a toner, which I would normally use, but can put my moisturiser straight on after using the cleanser. I would recommend it.

I used this when I was stuck in a hospital bed, will be great for camping Etc would be good if could buy in a small bottler as well as this size everyday use.

I also suffer from guttate psoriasis (extremely dry skin) and has worked absolute wonders.iv tried several products over the years and must say this is the best I have tried. I have only been using this for a couple of weeks and the difference already is staggering. Will definitely be a regular purchase

On using this item i found that my skin actually became more dry, and started breaking out in spots. Since using it i have had to moisture more often and my skin is so dry and you can even see the dryness. Sorry this product i would not recommend.
